Data Privacy, Protection and retention Statement
This Data Privacy and Protection Statement (“Statement”) outlines the policies and practices by Vik and Saira (The Coordinators – those responsible for the orders and distribution of the orders) regarding the Wondrous Tales Two Year Anniversary book, concerning the collection, usage, and deletion of user data, with the utmost care and respect for privacy.
In Short
Data will be collected via Microsoft Forms and stored on the Microsoft Cloud servers, for the purpose of fulfilling the orders. The data will only be accessible by Saira (who is responsible for fulfilling the orders and shipping them out) and Vik (who is responsible for collection of the data, contact, clarifications, updates on the order statuses, etc.)

Data Collection
The Coordinators will collect and process personal data for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, emails, names and addresses, as well as contact information (discord & email addresses). The data will be collected via the Microsoft Forms – preorder form, with the consent of the user.
Usage and Retention
The collected data is used solely for the purposes for which it was collected, and is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill those purposes, namely: shipping of the items. The data will be stored on the Microsoft Cloud Servers after collection via Microsoft Forms. The Coordinators commit to retaining user data for however long necessary, until all orders have been completed, from the date of collection.
Data Security
Only The Coordinators will have access to the collected data. The Coordinators will commit to protect user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to, encryption and access controls. The data is stored on Microsoft Cloud servers and the Coordinators bear no responsibility in case of Microsoft servers data breach.
Data Sharing
User data is not shared, sold or rented to any third parties without explicit consent from the user, except as required by law or for the purposes of providing requested services.
User Rights
Users have the right to request access to their personal data, as well as its rectification, deletion or portability.
